Most importantly, she doesn't ask for a bunch of papers and say I'll call you in six months. She takes you through the process. You are really doing it yourself, with an expert (in the process and language) by your side.
I believe this is extremely helping in starting to understand how things work in Uruguay. You pay for just her time (and expenses), so the cost can vary, but I think in most cases it will be significantly less than what the lawyers charge.
Her English is decent, and she is friendly and extremely organized.
